Customer Service Website for Electricity Complaints Launched

The minister for Power, Barth Nnaji, while explaining why there was inadequate power supply in Lagos and other parts of the country, announced that Nigerians can now engage in a more robust interactive and transparent power governance in the country by making complaints on now launched Electricity Customer Service Web Portal. He blames the shortages on seasonal water shortage and inadequate gas supply.

I trust Nigerians to overload that web portal with some funny, abusive and intrusive comments. LOL!
